  • 30-minute follow-up consultation after two weeks (progress check & plan tweaks)

Everything in the Fresh Start Package plus ongoing 6-week coaching support to help you stay accountable and motivated.

  • Weekly 15 minute video check-ins to help you stay on track
  • Continuous encouragement, tweaks, and accountability
