I offer two personalised 1:1 nutrition packages designed to give you clarity, confidence, and support with simple, sustainable changes. Choose from a focused Fresh Start package to kick-start healthy habits, or a 6-week Fresh Start Plus programme for ongoing accountability and guidance. I also deliver school workshops and bespoke corporate wellbeing workshops to help organisations support healthier, happier teams.

The Fresh Start Package

A focused 1:1 programme designed to help you improve your diet with clarity and confidence. You’ll get a full dietary and lifestyle review, a 60-minute consultation, a personalised action plan, and a follow-up session.

The Fresh Start Plus

Everything from the Fresh Start Package, plus six weeks of ongoing coaching to keep you motivated and accountable.

Workplace Nutrition & Wellbeing Sessions

I deliver tailored workplace nutrition & wellbeing sessions that help teams boost energy, manage stress, and build healthier daily habits. Practical, engaging, and designed around your organisation’s needs.

School Workshops

I offer parents and schools a compassionate introduction to how Diet & Lifestyle adjustments can create meaningful shifts in mood, energy, sleep, & behaviour empowering families with practical tools to support their children’s wellbeing from the inside out.
