About Me
I’m Kellie, a certified Diet and Lifestyle Advisor trained at Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), and fully insured.
I’m passionate about helping people and their families feel their best through realistic, sustainable food and lifestyle choices that fit into everyday life.
I’ve been immersed in the world of nutrition for over five years, driven by my own desire to improve energy, ease anxiety, and feel the healthiest, happiest version of myself.
Whether I’m supporting individuals and families with energy, digestion, mood and food confidence, or partnering with organisations to improve employee wellbeing, my approach is always the same: no fads, no judgement — just practical support and achievable habits that work in real life.
I’m also a mum of two, with a background in corporate advertising sales and more recent experience working in education as an Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA). In this role, I supported young people to reach their potential through a lifestyle medicine approach, focusing on nutrition, sleep, movement, stress management, social connection and healthy daily habits.
Based in Surrey, I work with clients across the UK and worldwide through online nutrition and lifestyle support.
When I’m not supporting clients, you’ll find me cooking, eating great food, walking my dog and enjoying an active lifestyle with my family.
