A focused 1:1 programme designed to help you improve your diet with clarity and confidence. You’ll get a full dietary and lifestyle review, a 60-minute consultation, a personalised action plan, and a follow-up session.

The Fresh Start Plus

Everything from the Fresh Start Package, plus six weeks of ongoing coaching to keep you motivated and accountable.
